Good company, needs to grow a spine internally. - Project Manager DPR Construction Employee Review

Pros

Trust - they will give you a long leash.

Cons

There's little to no accountability. Expect to pick up the slack of countless others and go through the promotion chain at the same rate as those who play the game and drink the kool-aid. Interest in something is usually met with "ok, go do it" which is thought to be supportive but is often more dismissive than anything else. As managers and leaders you need to provide at least some structure and accountability.
