Pros

DPR is growing rapidly which is great if you're looking for flexibility in work locations or if you're a significant owner of company shares. Leadership is more approachable than other general contractors.

Cons

Fast growth is affecting quality of management and decision making. The company creates a culture where not having an assigned title is a way of claiming they are a flat organization but decision making is still quite top down. Lack of definition of roles allows some people to grow faster by over-performing but DPR does not provide due recognition for merit - as promotions or in compensation. Company continues to propagate the culture where the only thing that matters is the number of years you spend.
