- Everyone is so nice and always wiling to help - Flexible with time off and sick leave -Ability to learn and grow with the company -Health benefits are amazing -Acknowledgement and praise when working hard -Fun and exciting place to work - Possibilities for time and a half -Meetings to voice ideas and concerns - Company activities, potlucks and movies

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say, other than the office is usually cold. So I always have a sweater just in case.

I guess the pro is that its closed now.

Cons

Now that the company has shut down I think it is fair to say the business practices here not only lacked strategy, but were actively destructive to the wellbeing of not only the school districts that put faith in this company but the employees who stuck it out to their own detriment because they believed in each other and the cause.
