Opportunities to gain great experience in collaboration, building and contributing to Drift Net's mission, safety products and company culture. It is an exciting time for the company, as it continues to make big strides in the areas of products, personnel, expansion, and market value.
Cons
The flexible and independent work style does not work for everyone, since you must be self-motivated and accountable in order to succeed. The overall management structure could benefit from more delegation and communication in the areas of operations and processes, so patience is needed.
