Pros
I have worked for DRMP 13 years. My supervisor, Jeff Lance, is not only an excellent manager but cares genuinely for his employees health and welfare. The benefits are excellent. DRMP wants the employees to succeed at thier job and works to help.them achieve the goals they have. The pay scale is much higher than most of the companies. Highly suggest you contact corporate inquire on positions open.
Cons
I live in Alabama. Should have moved closer to office. They provide company truck to party chief so that is a huge load off me. A lot of companies do not now. It would be nice to have a few more days PTO sometimes. Only downside for me, as my wife is disabled. Can't complain actually.
