      At times I've seen leadership react with their hearts instead of their heads (this can be seen as both a pro and a con, but at times I've seen it cloud judgment.

      Occasional company events are cool

      Cons

      Leadership stuck in old/outdated methods. Too much pressure put on the wrong employees; put more pressure on the hiring managers and make them lower the turnover rate. There's only so much HR can do
