      --Great compensation/benefits --Work with extremely intelligent people --Reasonable schedule (many holidays off, no weekends) --Breakfast and lunch provided by company

      --Management can be overbearing at times --Advancement opportunities widely vary depending on which group placed with --Company getting much bigger; quick advancement not nearly as common as it was 5 years ago
