Pros
1- Very professional environment. 2- Very friendly and respectful people. 3- Decent pay. 4- Very very Competitive Perks. They generously pay for everything except for rent :) All DRW employees are equipped with the latest technologies. 5- So easy to get a salary increase if you do well. 6- Employee satisfaction and convenience is of high priority. 7- My manager was so kind, understanding and he always put me first.
Cons
1- They don’t promote remote work. 2- Very fast paced environment which is normal for a financial/trading firm. 3- The training they provide didn’t work for me but it worked for other people so I can’t consider this as a con but I was expecting a better training process from such great people.
