Pros
Leading brands within industry. Great people and talent to learn from. Overall culture is good.
Cons
Lack of buy-in from certain employees to metor & grow talent. Have to get in the right position with the right management to grow. Lack of consistency with culture and communication. Very disconnected at times. Numbers are more important than the people. Reduction in workforce is the quickest and easiest solution to improve performance. Constant reductions on both sides of business since Federal-Mogul was acquired by Tenneco.
