AWFUL COMPANY - DSP DSI Developmental Services, Inc Employee Review

worst company i have EVER worked for. they treat they're staff terribly and none of the clients aren't getting the direct care that they need. they're unbelievably understaffed and could care less who's working at the houses as long as there's SOMEONE there. if relief doesn't show up for you, they'll make you stay there until they find someone and sometimes that's literally 3 days. three 24 hour shifts. THEY'RE AN AWFUL COMPANY and in my opinion, deserve to be shut down.
