Easy work load. Good parking.

Cons

Leadership did not lead they seemed to enjoy tearing down underpaid employees. The office politics were out of control. Donations did not always go to help the disabled more times they lined the pockets of the CEO and his side-kick (M). Poor work culture, poor work values.
