Pros
Flexible, client centered, spirit awards, benefits, good managers, nice co workers, can grow easily in company- happens all the time.
Cons
Pay is not the best, but its set by the state, and it is a non profit. If your getting into it to make tons of money, it just makes no sense for you to be there in the first place. The agency tries to make up for it as best as they can with employee incentives, etc.
