Pros

Benefits - Healthcare benefits were unmatched! Travel - You were able to keep all points accrued for airline and hotel stays

Cons

Is there a point in writing a con? Looking at other reviews I noticed there are no responses from HR, and I see many others felt the same as I do. Direct management was HORRIBLE! So much micromanagement going on. It felt as though you were hired but never trusted to actually do your job. The amount of stress to "stay active" on your laptop every second of an 8 hour day as if you couldn't walk away for a drink of water without informing them. I agree with the other reviews, nepotism at an all time high which wouldn't be so bad if those of us not related didn't get treated so badly. I don't even think the great guys that founded the company (awesome backstory for those brothers) were aware of how miserable most of us were! Such a shame because they seemed as if they would care, too bad it was frowned upon for anyone actually attempting to talk to them directly. At my current organization, I actually sit down with the CEO for lunch and can speak openly. Why offer PTO if you're going to make it hard to use? My grandmother died and they asked for a copy of the obituary.... not to send flowers on behalf of the company but to confirm her death! The pay isn't worth the stress and how management overall makes you feel.

Pros

- Competitive pay - Caring CEO (to an extent) - Fully remote for some roles

Cons

- Lack of communication between teams - Lack of structure and planning - A LOT of older people who are stuck in their ways - HR is a joke and lack empathy - MAJOR lack of diversity (saw a number of PoC subjected to a lot of microagressions and bullying tactics) - Gotta be a brown noser to succeed - Some employees have too much pull when it comes to team dynamics - Underhanded tactics and unethical policies to meet quotas and make the numbers pretty - HDHP is the only option for employee insurance which is surprising since majority of the executives and team leads are rapidly aging. The OOP is astronomical if you go to the doctor regularly - Benefits are meh at best; be prepared to spend A LOT of money OOP - They say you can add family members to the plan at a set cost but they make you go through hell and back to add them. HR can be very facetious when trying to access certain benefits they don’t want to pay for even though they offer it due to cost concerns
