Strict schedule of 830-430. Company focuses on profit, instead of employee satisfaction and client expansion through communication. Micromanagement of all employees. No headphones and minimal talking during working hours. Dress code is ridiculous for a freight forwarding company. Most branches wear jeans, however Chicago branch is business casual.
