Pros
Lovely people to work with mades loads of great friends, work was straight forward enough most of the time, sociable working hours too.
Cons
Lots of gaps within the hierarchy i.e. too many managers/senior staff who would not take responsibility as 'it wasn't their job' and would try to make a scapegoat within the lower staff. Very clear lack of organisation, absolutely no perks as they regard you being paid your annual salary as more than generous no matter how hard you work. Little to no extra training offered to progress in the company which means less oppurtunity to increase salary. Over 6 years my hourly rate went up £1 which I think sums the company up! I also saw the job grind people to the point where they were in tears due to the lack of support they were receiving, the mental health of their employees is definitely not on the top of their priorities.
