Training and development of employees is low priority and not well structured, CSR's drop last minute work which causes overtime issues and service failures, drayage companies constantly making errors on inbound side, mandatory overtime on daily basis - not the best when you're salary, overall contradiction amongst management (too many chiefs, not enough indians)
