Great team to work with and I enjoy the company - Business Change Management DSV Employee Review

I was brought onto DSV as part of an acquisition and like many I wasn't sure about joining, but I actually prefer the company culture and how knowledgeable and involved many managers are with desk level employees, more so than my last company. I feel like the same issues all have with being over-worked are similar to all freight forwarders but some is because no one can seem to hire enough people. I also like the fact that by staying with DSV I probably won't be on the other side of an acquisition again.
