Be Wary - Corporate Office DSV Employee Review

Communication was non-existent, and I do not feel like I got feedback on job performance during my time there. There is no guide path to improvement, I was told "DSV doesn't try to improve you, if you aren't performing top notch we will just let you go". The role that I hired on to perform and job description I was provided were not the job that I was asked to perform when officially hired. I had the impression that you are most definitely just a number and when the company wants to "get leaner" they will keep tenured staff.
