No maternity leave, messy and toxic work environment, Little to no adequate training, and lack of culture and empathy. Very very unprofessional. The work floor feels very dog-eat-dog where they are waiting for you to make a mistake to pounce. No constructive criticism, only punishment, and ridicule. And there are little to no upward mobility as far as career paths are concerned.
