Pros
Enjoy working with my team - Friendly & very supportive. Even the branch manager is always there to help and keeps knowledge of all employees and takes time to know them. The bosses do not think of themselves as superior but a part of the team. Learning a lot from fellow colleagues. Good benefits, health & days off.
Cons
1. Income - yearly increment is low compared to inflation rate. 2. Supervisor is extremely inquisitive- wants to know everyone who comes / goes, what’s happening in the office. 3. Office set up has no privacy although does promote teamwork 4. Strict on overtime 5. Hourly pay - was expecting a salary when hired 6. Salary is at market rate, should be increase to be more competitive 7. Too many reports and data quality to complete 8. Some people do not have any work and always on phone 9. Lunch break only 30mins, too short 10. Supervisor notes every minute you’re away from desk or on phone although may do the same. 11. No remote days, recently privilege removed 12. No standardization- every country & individual has their own format. For example everyone sends shipment quotes differently
