You are just a number They will manage you out They don’t consider pay rises often Lots of hiring freezes They prioritise buying other companies and don’t care about their employees They break the law all the time and don’t really care They forget their employees are people They are run by a heartless cyborg of a human who has taken all of the humanity out of the company. This place used to be ‘home’ to many people do we’re happy and fulfilled. Now they are mistreating and managing out those same people so they can hire cheaper staff who will mistreat others and have no rashers for clients.
