Pros
Good at formulating the policies locally as part of their group guidelines. Office infrastructure is good
Cons
Very Autocratic culture of the organisation and roos rules over and above all policies, norms, people and ethics. Over the years of its existence in India people have faced a lot of racism in various stations and they hire and fire people in seconds without investigating the matters at hand. Needless to say senior ppl stick to their favourites and other employees never get their due.
