Pros
It is a good place to start your career with quite low entry level. Gives a lot of opportunites and experience. It represents great culture of work, benefits system and other employee related things.
Cons
Definitely not a place for a long stay with it's low raises and salary itself and at some point lack of any career development possibilities. Quite a big rotation of people, as management not really mind if someone will stay or leave, there will always be someone new hired for a replacement.
