Making sure you had the tools to do your job better. They would ding you for having long calls and hold times but most the time it was because we were on hold waiting for a manager to approve something that would take a min to fix. Overtime was mandatory not optional. And they are not very flexible with scheduling hrs and you would also get written up for using PTO or vacation days if they weren't approved through management first so no flexibility for emergencies or being sick.
