Simple job, once you get the hang of it. Very helpful managers.

Cons

The hours are horrible. They don't give you a choice when you get hired, so I got stuck on the night time shift and there is no offer to move to days.

Pros

My coworkers are great. We have each other's backs and work together well. I love my job and what I do. Have had the flexibility to work from home or come into the office as needed.

Cons

The people higher than the managers and the owners. Company has had good flexibility about work location for the past 6 years. Suddenly bought a new building so now arbitarily decided everyone has to come back to the office. It's all about control and butts in seats. Company can't afford to lose more people but I suspect they will over this bone-headed move.
