Pros

A basic, low level, job. Somewhere to go that isn't your backyard. They pay above minimum wage so at least there is that.

Cons

Unprofessional. Zero actual career growth. No academic assistance or encouragement. Terrible management. Small company feel. Owners and family line pockets on the work of the back of their under paid staff. No direction. No leadership. Impossible to respect anyone that has been there for longer than a year. Worst place I've ever worked.

Pros

My coworkers are great. We have each other's backs and work together well. I love my job and what I do. Have had the flexibility to work from home or come into the office as needed.

Cons

The people higher than the managers and the owners. Company has had good flexibility about work location for the past 6 years. Suddenly bought a new building so now arbitarily decided everyone has to come back to the office. It's all about control and butts in seats. Company can't afford to lose more people but I suspect they will over this bone-headed move.
