Pros
The work was fun, and the pay was nice, and being able to go all over the US and Canada, seeing different areas. But since they've lost their biggest contract, work has slowed down a lot, and people are being let go, either fired for made up reasons, or just getting fed up and leaving on their own.
Cons
They used to trust everyone, but since a change in HR, every one is looking over their shoulder and having to watch what they say, afraid of the least little slip up and you'll be let go. Instead they should be focusing on getting new business to replace what was lost.
