Pros

Dumac is a great place to work, but I can only speak for the Edmond branch as I have not been to the offices. You are not treated like a number, advancement is available to those who put in the work, your coworkers are friendly, teamwork is an actual thing and not just a hollow platitude that you will find at other companies. Company caters lunch on the last Friday of every month, regular events and every now-and-then a surprise bonus.

Benefits need to improve.

Pros

My coworkers are great. We have each other's backs and work together well. I love my job and what I do. Have had the flexibility to work from home or come into the office as needed.

Cons

The people higher than the managers and the owners. Company has had good flexibility about work location for the past 6 years. Suddenly bought a new building so now arbitarily decided everyone has to come back to the office. It's all about control and butts in seats. Company can't afford to lose more people but I suspect they will over this bone-headed move.
