Pros

-Coworkers are a joy to work with -Management shows interest in concerns of employees -Flexible hours and schedule for Tier 1 -Good pay starting out -Plenty of opportunities for Overtime -Casual atmosphere -Luncheons and office events to help morale

Cons

-Scheduling for higher positions becomes erratic -Lack of coverage is prominent issue for mid-late shifts -Never holding anyone accountable for issues -Lack of knowledge on issues having to be addressed by technicians

Pros

My coworkers are great. We have each other's backs and work together well. I love my job and what I do. Have had the flexibility to work from home or come into the office as needed.

Cons

The people higher than the managers and the owners. Company has had good flexibility about work location for the past 6 years. Suddenly bought a new building so now arbitarily decided everyone has to come back to the office. It's all about control and butts in seats. Company can't afford to lose more people but I suspect they will over this bone-headed move.
