Pros
Most people that work there are good people Opportunity to learn new skills/technologies Nice choice of benefits All bank holidays off, set shifts, no weekend working (in my experience)
Cons
Pay freezes - hard to get a pay rise even if you get a promotion Pot luck as to what contract you work on if you get hired - some are well managed, some are badly managed Management aren't very attentive to concerns DXC have implemented the new 'Hub model', which doesn't seem to work very well
