Pros

When you are a favorite toy can do whatever you like. There is ONE great manager who is very fair used to be a caller herself

Expect you to work EVERY HOUR they are open pretty much. They try to brow beat you into working more hours than your shift. If you are singled out by a favorite or a salesman they just throw you away no matter how much money you have made them. The pressure the guys that go out and do the evaluations put on the home owner are used car salesman tactics. I was extremely good at talking home owners into giving Dabella one more chance to show them they were a good company until one morning I came in and had called out one of their spoiled little brats all of a sudden I'm gone. Home owners should not do business with them they tell you to lie about their BBB rating to the home owners I world have given no stars if possible DO NOT WORK HERE
