As the former Accounts Payable Manager at DaBella, my experience with the company was highly negative, primarily due to the toxic environment created by upper management .The upper management at DaBella fostered an environment where bullying was not only tolerated but seemingly encouraged. Employees, including myself, were often subjected to harsh criticism, public humiliation, and unfair treatment that created a culture of fear. Relationships with certain employees seemed to give others an unfair advantage. This eroded morale within the team and created an unbalanced, unfair working environment. Despite numerous complaints and reports of misconduct, including bullying, being filed with Human Resources, no substantial action was taken. HR appeared more concerned with protecting upper management rather than addressing the serious issues faced by employees, leaving many to feel unheard and unsupported. The toxic culture, combined with a lack of accountability, Drove several talented employees to leave. It was clear that the well-being of employees was not a priority, leading to an overall sense of dissatisfaction and burnout.
