In the 2 years I’ve been here, I’ve experienced a high level of personal and professional development because the team here truly cares about investing in themselves and in turn, each other. Multiple weekly team meetings centered around having growth conversations and how we can all work to improve. Leadership will always give it to you straight from any level, whether it’s C-suite or your direct supervisor. There’s no such thing as “behind the curtain” here.
