      Patient to tech ratio is great. Staff if friendly and helpful

      Cons

      The pay is horrible for the amount of work you have to do. The work life balance really isn’t there. Always short staffed and upper management is always on us about cutting hours.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
