This is a very strange company you have a man who is the self proclaimed Mayor of what he calls his village. The raises are terrible, there is a huge turnover due to management not caring about employee concerns and compensation( raises). The more work they can add on you the happier they are. Most of the management in the DaVita village have some type of mental issues and micro manage everything the staff does while they themselves do the very least. They also do Not match your 401 k and they hype you as to why they don't with these sorry bonuses That they never tell you there won't be a bonus unless your clinic matches these goals set for patients lab work, compliance etc etc.
