Working with DaVita means you are working for the greatest dialysis community the world has ever seen. There are unending possibilities to move up in the company.
Cons
DaVita eats its young, so to speak; there is, a lot of times, not a set training program once you get into management and it gets very difficult, very fast. The money is occasionally better with our competitors (however if you take into consideration the extra benefits, DaVita comes out ahead, IMHO). The stress from trying to please your patients, your staff, your bosses, their bosses, the state, the federal government, and everyone in between makes this the most difficult job on the planet.
