Pros
Great location, great amenities, management tries to be flexible, great core values, lots of people really believe in the mission and are patient centric, lots of great learning opportunities
Cons
The redwoods program - essentially a bunch of MBA grads get promoted to director positions at a young age and walk around like they own the world. If you don't have an ivy league school or a consulting experience on your resume, tough luck getting promoted. The life work balance has shifted for the worse lately, but maybe it's just in my department. Lots of talk about community first company second, however most of it is just that - talk. When it comes to really stepping up or being fair, it usually isn't. The place is super corporate, with non stop power points. Systems aren't integrated.
