Pros
-Core Values are excellent, has some fun events throughout the year, teammates are great, corporate offices are new and shiny, some management seems to care, nice Leadership programs, mentoring and personal development are available, some fluffy benefits are nice, like the EAP program, will try to help you find a better fit within the company if you are not happy
Cons
-Expensive healthcare with really crappy plans through Cigna, low, low salaries, extremely high expectations that are almost impossible to achieve, because they don't factor in human error, cult-like mantras and devotion expected, difficult to maintain work-life balance, difficult to move up unless you have serious connections, the "Village" mentality wears old and seems like a call to socialism, obvious political leanings all throughout the company, no 401(K) match (we are told that our bonuses are better than a 401(K) match, but bonuses are very hard to come by), raises that don't even cover COL, the company is very, very rich with no debt, but this is never seen by the "little people"
