Pros
Good for transferring to another state. The staff never called in because the clinic is so small and the "can't." Even if they were sick, they would go to work as is. That's what you call patient commitment. Family like atmosphere.
Cons
FA never know's much pertaining to doing her job. Never gives credit, where credit is due. She is very manipulative and good at using people to do her work. She uses her Secretary and has her running around like a chicken with her head cutoff. FA is not competent enough and hasn't been trained to do the back water room, when she should've learned all aspects of her clinic in-case of an emergency. Never felt she should have to work on the floor even though she is a Nurse. This company only cares about managing their budget and maintaining the cheapest supplies.
