      I have no comments regarding the positives

      Cons

      There is a lack of diversity (people of color or women) in upper leadership. This is also seen in the hiring and recruitment process. I've seen qualified candidates turned down immediately after the initial phone screening.

      Pros

      - The training is paid.

      Cons

      - The Facility Manager (FA) and your Preceptor will openly lie to you to see how you respond. - You will also be constantly reminded that you will most likely be terminated. - The FA will pull you into a meeting and ask you inappropriate questions about your age, family, and social life. - You will be marked as "Under performing" if you show any emotion or not enough emotion. - They skirt around the number of hours you will be working. - You do not receive the required breaks for working 15 hour shifts. - You will constantly be told you are not doing this for the money, and that is true, The pay is horrible for everything you are put through and expected to do.
