Cons
Job is production based. No raise unless you are one of the top producers on your team. If you can't acheive the team goal you are fired. I know several people, in the last year that have 15 and 12 years with the company that have been fired for not meeting the goals for a couple of months. They do not train you to do your job very well. It's a sink or swim enviroment and you have to learn to swim by yourself. They don't care if it is done correctly the first time, all they care about is how the numbers look on paper. You have to fix other peoples mistakes over and over because they are in a hurry to get their production numbers and don't pay attention. You can be perfect in everything you do but, if you don't produce the numbers you are fired because you took the time to do it correctly and fix others mistakes. Yet the guy that makes mistakes 90% of the time is still there because he makes the required production goal even if they are wrong and someone else has to fix his mistakes all the time. Extremely high turn around rate. In just a few months more than 8 employee's have quit or been fired out of 100.
