Pros

The routine and consistancey of care and procedures make it comfortable between clinics located in different geographical areas.

Cons

A lot of emphasis on competition between facilities to "win" contests, which are about "saving money", more than what is best for the clients or employees. Often short staffed.

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
