      Pros

      Amazing patients, rewarding work. Better pay than acute dialysis.

      Cons

      Unprofessional employees, passive aggressive co-workers, employees regularly run off the floor crying, co-workers that start rumors about others for fun. If you join in with this petty, "mean girl" behavior they will welcome you with open arms. In addition, it is an unsafe work environment with blatant disregard for patient safety. Managements answers to the problems of this particular unit are "that's the way it's always been here". They acknowledge that they have MAJOR issues but are unwilling to do what needs to be done to fix the problems. This is the absolute worst job I've ever had.

      Pros

      Good PTO 240 a year Max for PCT $21hr starts at $12hr but after CCHT/CHT 16hr goes up every year you stay with company

      Cons

      No employee insurance .. anytime the FA wants they can fire you and they do no investigations.

      Pros

      Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

      Cons

      12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
