Pros
Training programs are pretty decent. Community service opportunities are very nice. Willing to train new people. They feed you pretty well.
Cons
Lack of staff resources, too much overhead leading to less staff for hands on care, poor recruitment and retention due to salaries/wages that are completely inadequate for the market. As a result of poor recruitment and retention, turnover is bad and environment in clinic becomes unstable. Outcomes are heavily emphasized for financial reasons, but instead of spending so much money on chasing the outcomes with regional experts that waste staff time with meetings and reports, they should just staff the floor more adequately and pay their staff better to retain the good ones.
