Business Outlook
Pros
Under KT everyone at the stuff level felt valued. Prior to Covid there are a lot of compassionate and caring leaders. Teams felt cohesive even in a large organization. Front line staff do truly care for the patients.
Cons
Long hours with very little recognition. Under various layers of new management the focus is on what employees can do more of to make budget. Executive leaders VP and up, not all, come from successful education from top business schools but have not learned how to show genuine care for their teams. These are incredibly smart people. If they could learn how to be genuine and forthright, I believe people will stay.
