Understaffed and Overworked - RN Clinical Coordinator DaVita Employee Review

- GFA/RFA’s and up will be dishonest and tell you that the staffing will improve and how which never comes to fruition - Nurses are expected to do the their job as well the job of the PCT and AA when there is a call out or just short - They took office hours away and still expected me to be the CC/only RN and work short staffed at least once per week - Made sure I didn’t go over 40 hours/week....not for me but so that they would be have to pay OT - I always felt that management talked and acted superior- made me feel uncomfortable and that I couldn’t trust them.
