Pros
It's a reasonably easy job. Some clinics are better run than others. Some clinics have better workplace environments than others. If you like to work extra days, you will have an easy time getting them as they are always short on staff. Seems easy to move to other positions within the company. Few clinics have a night shift and you always get Sunday off.
Cons
Pay is terrible. Benefits are typical of most US corporations at the moment, lousy. They never have enough staff. There is a lot of waste of time situations (their computer programs, etc.) with little opportunity to work with your patients on their specific needs. The company is more worried about discouraging you from starting a union with fluffy corporate talk and useless gifts than increasing pay and benefits.
