      Pros

      Pros are if you like recess like a 5 yr old and prefer the companies money going in things like letting you jump rope or play hopscotch instead of paying you a salary you can live on, this is the place for you!

      Cons

      The management here is a joke. Horrendous managers that have no clue what they are doing and show extreme favoritism towards certain employees. Pay is lousy, benefits stink, raises are 1 % even if you get outstanding on your review and they fail to tell you when you get hired that they take every holiday out of your PTO time and the bonuses you get barely pay for gas

      Pros

      Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

      Cons

      12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
