Pros
It’s a Fortune 500 company, so it’s a good stepping stone to further your career. Offers WFH.
Cons
Management is very unorganized and are never aligned with each other, resulting in so much miscommunication and wasted time on unnecessary work. Teammates were stretched thin with no direction and not compensated well for the loads of work, resulting in high turnover. Pay is low and does not keep up with inflation - you’ll get a 3% raise if you break your back with the workload and IF you are favored. The PTO policy also isn’t the best. There are no sick days. You have to use your PTO for both “sick days” and “holidays.” The environment feels like high school with the way things are run and is almost cult-like. Micromanagement and favoritism is also huge here.
