Pros

There are none..everything I was told in my interview turned out to be untrue

Cons

Everything...I was told that I would be able to have 2 weekdays off per week to continue school and was given an extremely hard time when school stated. I was not trained fully for my position until after working there for 2 months. Everyday is utter chaos and administration is so full of their own work there is no time to have meetings to discuss the situation

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
